At Volvo Group Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will plays a crucial role in providing prompt, efficient, and customer-oriented service within the Prestons dealership environment. The role of Parts Interpreter is to provide exceptional customer service within our retail operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers seeking truck parts. As a pivotal team member, your mission is to not only facilitate transactions but also to create lasting impressions and foster relationships that contribute significantly to the success of our parts department.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Elevate the retail environment through meticulous display management, ensuring our customers are informed about and enticed by current promotions.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, both existing and new, through effective communication and a commitment to meeting their needs promptly and professionally.
- Handle the intricacies of sales transactions, efficiently generating sales invoices, processing credit returns, and managing purchase orders to support seamless operations.
- Undertake essential warehousing tasks, including sorting, ordering, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure the availability of parts for our valued customers.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and workplace regulations, contributing to a secure and trustworthy environment for both customers and colleagues.

**Who are you?**

- Excellent customer service skills, accompanied by outstnading communication skills
- Strong trucks parts knowledge preferaly within a retail environment
- The ability to prioritise your workload and able to work wffectively within a team environment
- Parts mechandising and warehousing skills would be highly advantageous
