TEN Recruit are now recruiting an Internal Talent Acquisition (White Collar) for a leading multi-discipline contractor based 15 minutes north of the CBD. This role offer a full time permanent position working within the engineering / construction space.

**What does your role look like?**
- Identifying top talent for these departments
- Assist in providing guidance to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.,
- Communicate timely updates to Hiring Manager on the progress of their vacant position.

To be successful you’ll ideally have the following experience:

- Previous recruitment experience (White Collar)
- Industry knowledge - SMP Construction, Engineering, Project Management etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work unsupervised.
- A team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Able to work full time - 5 days per week.
