**The role**

Are you ready to take the helm in optimising maintenance and operational services contracts?

We're seeking a strategic thinker to lead the charge in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations. As the Maintenance and Service Contracts Analytics Lead, you'll provide invaluable leadership and analytical insights to enhance the execution and governance of our maintenance contracts. Leading a dynamic team, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a change agent to make a tangible impact.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven track record of inspiring and nurturing high-performing teams, driving excellence in project planning and delivery.
- Competency in leading and motivating teams to drive change.
- Strong time management and project management capabilities to deliver value for money outcomes.
- Experience in management of contract frameworks and the understanding of governance and reporting processes.

- Demonstrated experience in the management of service contracts, particularly mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance, including the establishment and optimisation of contract framework analytics, governance and reporting processes.
- Demonstrated experience in balancing priorities to deliver value for money outcomes, strategic and innovative solutions for service contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in an operational environment with specific knowledge of operation and maintenance practices and processes.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining a positive culture in internal and external relationships while driving accountability, output and performance.
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes in an operational environment considering time, cost and quality.
