We are seeking a **Jobs Advisor** to join the team in **Strathpine**. This is a **full-time role** with the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off (ADO).**
The focus of this role is to engage with customers and provide intensive support and coaching to help them overcome barriers and develop skills to move towards sustainable, ongoing employment. This includes the facilitation of one on one appointments and group sessions, as well as picking up the phone and advocating for them with internal and external providers.

You are passionate about making a difference, have a positive 'can-do' demeanor and the ability to make authentic connections with a diverse range of people. You live and breathe exceptional customer service and can confidently negotiate or hold a conversation with anyone, whether they are a customer or employer. This is a busy role, so you need impeccable time management skills with a strong motivation to achieve positive outcomes and KPI’s. Most of all, you have a genuine drive to see your customers succeed and have the skills and capability to support this.
**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
