**The role: Planner**
- Develop detailed plans and work packages for projects
- Ensure that all plans meet project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify project needs.
- Provide technical support for the design team during the planning process.
- Review plans regularly to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as necessary.
- Understanding the company’s business systems, developing a proactive and independent approach to problem solving.
- Working with our Project manager to document new projects preliminary documentation.
- Understanding site constraints, Specialist Reports and documenting as required
- Progressing preliminary documentation to a contract set
- Progressing contract documentation in preparation for construction stage
- Maintaining / updating work packages

**Experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
- Similar experience in Project Management or have experience working on large scale projects
- Retail operational experience ideal
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning or related field
- Knowledge of construction materials & techniques
