**About the role**:
They are seeking an Assistant to the CEO and COO; this is a hybrid role, and you will oversee the front of house as well.

We are seeking someone highly driven, energetic with the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism.

**Duties**:

- Providing administrative support to both CEO and COO
- Coordinate travel & accommodation
- Manage correspondence with internal & external stakeholders
- Organise corporate events & client gifts
- Overseeing the operations of the front of house including reception
- Ad-hoc duties including personal
- Meeting & greeting clients

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience as an Receptionist & EA or in a similar role
- Worked in a boutique firm or professional service is advantougoues
- Proficient in Office 365
- Highest level of discretion
- Have a warm & personal approach
- High-level of attention to detail & have a hands-on approach
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
