They are seeking an Assistant to the CEO and COO; this is a hybrid role, and you will oversee the front of house as well.

We are seeking someone highly driven, energetic with the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism.

• Providing administrative support to both CEO and COO
• Coordinate travel & accommodation
• Manage correspondence with internal & external stakeholders
• Organise corporate events & client gifts
• Overseeing the operations of the front of house including reception
• Adhoc duties including personal
• Meeting & greeting clients

• Previous experience as an Receptionist & EA or in a similar role
• Worked in a boutique firm or professional service is advantougoues
• Proficient in Office 36
• Highest level of discretion
• Have a warm & personal approach
• Highlevel of attention to detail & have a handson approach
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
