We currently have an exciting opportunity for maternity leave cover for a Manager, Workforce Planning & Capability, this role will ensure the consistent adherence of the performance management framework for Remediation including quarterly check ins and end of year processes and calibration sessions

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide end to end management of the framework to enable assessments and forecasts of workforce and infrastructure requirements to support existing remediation programs for Wealth and JBWere.
- Provide end to end management of all Resource transitions across the Remediation portfolio to support program milestones and closure
- Ensure all resource movements align to NAB Reward guidelines (working with Reward and Contingent Workforce) when extending contracts and assessment of role changes/expansion of duties or promotions
- Work with the Remediation Leadership Teams to ensure adherence to People Leader performance, assessment and development frameworks and policies including quarterly check ins, end of year activity and calibration sessions.
- Oversee the risk management of the onboarding and offboarding processes and controls.
- Manage governance of processes and documentation relating to the above functions. This includes ensuring all processes align with NAB policies and guidelines.

**What you will bring**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in Workforce Planning, and and/or Resource Operations.
- Previous experience in rolling out workforce planning and capability.
- Superior interpersonal skills to maximise relationships with key internal/external stakeholders up to executive levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- A strong understanding of the regulatory and legislative prescriptions that govern conduct, advice, trustee, and wealth products from a remediation perspective.
