**What’s the role?**
- The role will primarily focus on the Paid Search (Google Ads) with additional work across Google Shopping, tracking, Google Merchant Centre and reporting tools
- Managing a range of Google PPC clients across a range of industries with a range of different budgets
- Execute bid and buy strategies across SEM platforms to drive performance
- Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met
- Recommend opportunities for improvement in bid and buy strategies
- Utilise your deep understanding of actionable optimisation opportunities to execute on these
- Develops, leads and delegates discipline-level projects, i.e.Google Optiscore, platform audits,
- Google Performance/DR testing, internal process improvements.

**Who you are**
- Minimum 1+ years experience managing Google Search Ads, Google Shopping & Merchant Centre campaigns end-to-end.
- Expert knowledge in planning, delivering and optimising Google search campaigns and Google Shopping (and Merchant Centre) campaigns.
- A strong understanding and ability to navigate Google Analytics, including setting up goals/events and conversion tracking for Google PPC campaigns.
- Ability to understand client's goals, and problems and brainstorm solutions
- Experience working across Google Tag Manager with the ability to set up all tracking for a client from the ground up.
- Working knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Datorama or Tableau
- Be proactive, and have a ‘can do’ positive and flexible attitude.
