**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**
- Accurately process and record customer payments on a daily basis.
- Reconcile Bank accounts twice monthly.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices raised by our three business divisions in New Body's, Repairs, and Spare Parts.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts ensuring an acceptable resolution is met.
- Resolve customer issues or queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including customer information and payment history.
- Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records, invoices, and related paperwork.

**ADMIN SUPPORT**
- Answering of phones - Backup “group” for reception whilst at lunch or if absent
- Drafting of written warnings, employment confirmation letters, etc.
- Employee file maintenance of all relative paperwork
- Assist with the signing up and ongoing management of Apprenticeships
- Assist with the coordination of Audiometric and Spirometry testing as per the regulations
- Assist with the preparation of paperwork and relevant requirements for the lodgment of various classes of overseas employee Visas, liaising with both the Migration Agents and nominated employees
- Assist in the review and redrafting of the Company’s policies, procedures, and employment contracts
- Participate in the research and upgrade options for the Company’s payroll software
- Provide backup support to accounts payable when necessary
- Learn the end-to-end weekly payroll functions including Superannuation, Child Support, Payroll Tax and Workcover payments in order to provide backup when necessary
- Assist in the management of Workcover claims and employee return to work plans
- Assist in the investigations of workplace injuries and or employee complaints
- Various other admin / HR-related tasks as they arise but are not listed above

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience or have been in a similar role with a solid understanding of accounting concepts and general office functions.
- Experience in using MYOB EXO or have used similar software packages
- Experience using Word, Excel, and Internet banking is required
- Payroll and HR knowledge and experience would be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to express yourself fluently in written and spoken English while captivating your audience.
- A natural affinity for numbers, enabling you to easily solve mathematical puzzles and calculate figures.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has excellent attention to detail, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to support the Office Manager.

The position is full-time and based within an office environment at Dandenong. There is however a requirement to spend time in the manufacturing factory to interact with manufacturing employees, customers, etc.
