With the recent opening of our new property at

**CBD**:

- , _we're now on the look out for an experienced Handyperson (internally known as Maintenance Coordinator) to join our team.

This is a full time, hands-on role focusing on creating a beautiful and safe environment for both team members and our residents. You will support our operation from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to attend after hours if required (i.e. due to emergency maintenance issues). Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain the apartments, common areas and building exterior with support from our Maintenance Department.
- Lighting checks & replacements, minor painting & plastering repairs, minor carpentry & plumbing repairs throughout the building
- Complete worksheets and monitor, report & manage spare parts stock levels
- Respond to requests for any urgent repairs or issues required by Staff or management
