The Role
We have an exciting temporary full-time position available to join our Educational Delivery team in Community Services within the Health, Communities and Education Faculty at TAFE Queensland's Springfield Campus.
As a TAFE Teacher in Community Services, you have the opportunity to influence the careers of future industry persons by sharing your extensive industry knowledge to students in a classroom or other educational setting.
This position reports to the Educational Team Leader.
Salary
The salary range for a TAFE Teacher is $86,564 - $113,971 (gross) per annum, depending on educational qualifications held and teaching experience.

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must possess relevant formal vocational qualifications and industry skills that are current and directly relevant to Youth Work/Child, Youth and Family Intervention training and learning, including:

- current industry skills directly relevant to Youth Work /Child, Youth and Family Intervention training and assessment being provided;
- current Youth Work/Child, Youth and Family Intervention knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided;
- evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment;
- current Queensland Driver's license.

Additionally, to become a TAFE Teacher, you must hold one of the following training and assessment credentials:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills (or TAE
