**Overview**:
As a Digital Go-to-Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our clients online channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Optimize our e-commerce platforms to enhance the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with our online platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in similar digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and website optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
