Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Project Manager & Design Lead on a contract for 6 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**

The project manager will report to the program manager responsible for all ERF projects under the change program.

The project manager and design lead will have knowledge of and experience in project management methodologies, including agile, and an understating of design thinking, user design and business architecture. The project manager will be responsible for:

- Planning quarterly program increment activities, including development of project plans identification of priorities, planning schedules and drafting funding requests
- Working closely with the ICT project lead
- Managing project budget, risks and issues
- Tracking deliverables under the plan
- Monitoring and report on project status to the Change Program Committee (CPC)
- Coordination of business staff who will be involved in User Acceptance Testing
- Procurement of any services required to support the project (this excludes procurement of ICT services to undertake the development of the methods in the new portal
- Planning, tracking and reporting on project change management, benefits and communications
- Facilitating workshops, liaising with internal and external stakeholder
