**About the Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our welcoming ASA team. If you are someone who has excellent attention to detail and that natural ability to build rapport with clients, then this may just be the role for you

Responsibilities include:

- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining relevant databases
- Completing inbound customer service calls and ensuring the contact schedule is maintained
- Providing basic advice to clients
- Referring callers on to further internal and external services
- Booking appointments via phone consultations
- Other general administrative duties as required

This is a** full time, Maximum Term Contract **ending June 2024 that is available for immediate commencement.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft suite of products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations in a patient and professional manner
- Ability to work to and achieve KPIs
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work fast-paced and to time-critical deadlines
