About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Casual Receptionist to act as the first point of contact to clients and visitors for the Doorways program. The Receptionist provides a high level of customer service and administrative support to the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish effective work relationships with Corps Officers, key staff, managers, and other stakeholders, as appropriate
- Answering the services telephone in a polite and welcoming manner and directing calls to the relevant area
- Referral of community members to the SALVOS PAL
- Provide the financial cards to community members referred by the SALVOS PAL when required
- Enter all SALVOS PAL card collection information onto the SAMIS system
- Maintaining effective filing systems for easy access to files - both electronic and hard copy

This is a casual position, with shifts on an as needed basis. This position is based in Ballarat, VIC and salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2.

What you will bring
- Desirable - Certificate III or above in Administration or currently working towards
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
- Acts consistent with TSA vision, mission, and values
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
- Victorian Working with Children check is required prior to commencement
- Current Driver’s Licence
