**$27 - $30 per hour depending on qualification and experience**

**One Tree Altona Meadows Children’s Service **Our 58 place service incorporates a babies room, a toddler room and kindergarten room. We foster the Reggio Emilia Philosophy at our service and believe the environment is the ‘third teacher’, encouraging exploration and imagination, reflecting the natural world. All our educators are passionate about their roles and strive to provide the best possible care

**What you’ll bring**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early childhood
- Current working with Children card
- 2+ years Educator experience
- Understanding and experience of Inclusion and Programming
- Experience in an integrated kinder program is favorable
- You will have a bright personality and good energy

**What you’ll do**
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Be Responsible Person as required
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
