**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The Parts Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various projects within the parts supply chain. They are responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects related to parts procurement, aging inventory management, and critical parts supply to ensure we have an effective stock breadth while reducing risk of exposure to aging parts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects related to parts procurement, inventory balancing, and critical parts list generation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and business partners regarding project updates, requirements, and timelines.
- Data Analysis: Analyze parts demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve parts supply chain processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and decrease unplanned machine downtime.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, progress reports, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- _Degree qualification in supply chain, procurement, project management etc desirable_
