KW Building is hiring an Administrator / Office Manager to work from our Sunshine Coast/ Moffat Beach Office
**About Us**: We are an experienced building company dedicated to providing high-quality building services to our clients. With a dedicated team and a supportive work environment, we strive to maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere. As a small tight-knit office; your role would require you to work efficiently both with the team and autonomously while also enjoying general office chit-chat.
**Position Overview**: As Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, including management, staff, and clients. Your primary role will be to streamline office operations, maintain accurate records, and facilitate effective communication within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update accurate records, files, and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Invoicing using MYOB - accounts receivable /payable.
- Monitor and manage supplies and inventory.
- Process and dispatch purchase orders of building supplies in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate in-field staff and subcontractors.
- Provide amazing customer service to our internal & external partners.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and MYOB
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-service-oriented approach.
**Please note - **Official full time start date in August however training will be provided with previous staff member before this date.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sunshine Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 17/07/2023
