**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields
- 2 Years of work experience

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote College's education programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of prospective students.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as potential students and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing efforts.
- Represent South College at conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
