An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Total Tools team as an **Accounts Receivable Officer,** based at our Port Melbourne Support Office. This position will suit an experienced accounts receivable officer. You will have experience working with various stakeholders and are comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

**What will you be doing?**
- Complete daily bank reconciliations for Commercial business
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers
- Reconciliation of accounts for major customers
- Maintain debtors accounts, including credit limits, contact and account information
- Manage disputes ensuring regular follow up or escalate as appropriate.
- Complete month-end tasks including reports, reconciliations, and period close activities
- Preparing insightful Debtor reports for management, providing commentary on ageing, collections risk and expected payment
- Answer incoming query calls and respond to any requests in a timely manner
- Manage the AR inbox ensuring all items have been actioned.
