We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer (A03) for a temporary assignment to work within a Government Department located in Brisbane CBD.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in processing large volumes of work with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence making frequent outbound calls and client engagement
- Finance/reconciliation experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment or autonomously
- Computer literacy - Ability to navigate different software and dashboards, confident with using
- Microsoft Excel (ability to confidently use, maintain and develop spreadsheets, including use of formulas and functions required. Not required, but desirable would be experience with VLookup and Pivot tables)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- SAP systems (experience desirable, but not required)

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining accurate client records
- Disbursement of outgoing payments
- Credit Allocations (investigating)
- Navigating multiple financial and client software/systems
