Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services in Sydney Water's Southern Region.
D4C is a consortium of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Each of these top-tier organizations provide skilled and experienced personnel into the D4C team, which operates as a fully integrated joint venture. The P4S program and D4C operate under the NEC-4 contract suite which facilitates innovation and a collaborative working environment.

**The Opportunity**:
The SCADA Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of Network and Treatment project deliverables, developing / improving standard documents and templates, assisting and leading lower level engineers.

**The main responsibilites of this role are to**:

- Main point of contact for D4C with SW OTS teams, (Treatment - SMART, Networks - IICATS)
- Prepare and review control network design
- Ensure SCADA and IICATS standards are followed by the Design team
- Develop standard control system designs and documents
- Lead and foster a good safety culture to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff within the team.
- Drive performance on projects ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime without compromising safety
- Liaise with other disciplines within D4C in report and proposal preparation.
- Achieve strategic initiative outcomes.
- Undertake liaison with project stakeholders including clients and vendors.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, that presents complex information and results effectively, to technical and non-technical clients.
- Undertake field and desktop investigations related to the condition, appropriateness, and capacity of existing infrastructure related to capital upgrades.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent
- Current Drivers Licence
- Member of recognised professional association (i.e. IEAUST, IChemE, ICE, etc)
- 11 + years' experience in similar role.
- Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
- Ability to prepare concise engineering reports.
