**About the Role**:
As the **Accounts & Payroll Officer **, you will be responsible for recording high quality financial data in an accurate and timely manner. You will be working across various accounts and finance functions within a dynamic, project-based engineering environment.

**What will you be involved in**:

- Cash management, including bank reconciliations and customer receipting
- Accounts receivable, including invoice distribution, debtor management, customer master creation and maintenance, and close and reconciliation procedures
- High volume processing of accounts payable, ensuring correct allocation, account coding and authorisation in keeping with payment dates
- Supporting the fortnightly pay run for 700+ employees

**What we would like from you**:

- Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation
- Experience with high volume accounts processing
- Relevant qualifications
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent data entry and communication skills with a high attention to detail
