- Ward Clerks across Prison Services Forensic Mental Health Services - Ravenhall Correctional Centre - provide high quality administrative support to the multi-disciplinary teams working within the service. The Ward Clerks work under the direction of the relevant Program/ Unit Manager who is responsible for the management of the area and will provide guidance on work priorities. Health Information Manager will provide Health Information support and guidance as required.

**Position based at Ravenhall**

Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across 12 of Victoria’s 14 prisons with expansion underway to include Western Plains in the Barwon region. This position based at Ravenhall Correctional Centre in Melbourne's west, provides 75 prison-based custodial mental health beds as well as assessments and outpatient services provided in maximum-security forensic mental health complex within the medium-security prison.

**Position based in MobileFMHS - Metropolitan Remand Centre/Karreenga/Marngoneet**

Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across 12 of Victoria’s 14 prisons with expansion underway to include Western Plains in the Barwon region. Potentially based across multiple sites, our mobile forensic mental health service provides mental health treatment to prisoners experiencing mental ill-health, as well as an outpatient clinic service and initial reception assessments at Metropolitan Remand Centre. This service also provides outpatient services to Barwon, Marngoneet and Kareenga prisons.

**Position based in Marrmak (Dame Phyllis Frost Centre)**

Forensicare provides specialist mental health services for women at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, including Marrmak a 20-bed custodial mental health unit, a specialist outpatient service, and therapeutic day program. There is a strong focus on providing a healing environment not only for people in prisons, but importantly also one that supports the well-being and safety of all staff. This approach recognises that many women who are imprisoned are also victims of crime and have challenging mental health conditions as a result. The word Marrmak is from the Woiwurrung language of the Wurundjeri people meaning ‘safe’.

**Position based at Port Phillip Prison**

Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across 12 of Victoria’s 14 prisons with expansion underway to include Western Plains in the Barwon region. Located at Port Phillip Prison in Truganina, VIC. St Paul’s Unit is a 30-bed psychosocial rehabilitation service that provides specialist, voluntary mental health care, treatment and therapeutic programs to prisoners with a mental health diagnosis. Participants selected for the program require psychosocial rehabilitation to minimise risk of relapse and enhance their social functioning in preparation for returning to general prison environment or release to community.

**Position based at Melbourne Assessment Prison**

Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across 12 of Victoria’s 14 prisons with expansion underway to include Western Plains in the Barwon region. Based at Melbourne Assessment Prison (MAP) in Spencer Street, West Melbourne, VIC; MAP provides 175 mental health intake receptions per week, 24/7 crisis intervention, very busy primary and specialist mental health outpatient service and a 16-bed custodial acute assessment unit, we provide initial assessment and treatment to seriously mentally ill prisoners; an after-hours mental health crisis intervention service.

**About the Role**:
Providing adminitrative support to various prison sites on a casual basis

**Duties**:

- Ensure a timely response to incoming calls, take messages, and provide a prompt response to enquiries.
- Assist in receiving and welcoming visitors, including providing them with relevant information and directing them appropriately.
- Respect confidentiality and sensitivity of activities when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the Administration area fax machine and ensure documents are recorded, forwarded promptly to the correct locations.
- Provide support and assistance to the Ballerrt Yeram-boo-ee Operations Manager, as required.
- Engage constructively and share information on work related matters with colleagues and team members to support delivery of the best and most appropriate service
