Procare's Investigation Division present a unique opportunity for a senior role in our expanding Desktop & Intelligence Division We are seeking a **Senior Intelligence Analyst** to join our **Desktop Investigations**division, based at our Head Office in **Alexandria**

The role requires you to lead a team of Desktop & Intelligence Analysts, supporting the advancement of their professional development & training and maintaining overall responsibility for the Desktop & Intelligence Portfolio.

**This position is based full time from our Head Office in Alexandria.**

**About You**:

- Experience with open-source intelligence databases & **OSINT** searching techniques (**mandatory**);
- Demonstrated **team management** experience is preferable;
- Experience in the insurance industry - Workers Compensation, Cyber, Fraud or General Insurance would be** preferable;**:

- **Strong customer service ethic is a must**, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
- A drive for **divisional growth**, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
- Experience supporting & assisting staff in their roles; and
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes.
