As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction of the outbound customer communication function of the business, including website enhancement, EDM's, social media, catalogues, etc. and the analysis of results. To develop, implement and manage online marketing strategies to promote products and brands and drive web traffic. Digital Marketers leverage the internet to reach and engage target audiences to achieve business goals.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction of the outbound customer communication function of the business, including website enhancement, EDM's, social media, catalogues, etc. and the analysis of results. To develop, implement and manage online marketing strategies to promote products and brands and drive web traffic. Digital Marketers leverage the internet to reach and engage target audiences to achieve business goals.

**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:

- Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals, considering target audience, competitor analysis and available resources.
- Manage the task of creating engaging and relevant content, including graphic design, social media content.
- Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media for building and maintaining brand presence (eg., Instagram, Google Ads). Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising for reach (eg., Google Ads). Create copy, select keywords, monitor performance against goals. Set budget and monitor.
- Showcase the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to stakeholders.
- Craft effective EDM campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer loyalty. Track campaign performance.
- Update and maintain website, troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively with web developers.
- Identify areas for improvement in user experience.
- Use tools and platforms to automate repetitive tasks such as EDM scheduling, social media posting and lead nurturing.

**Key Requirements of the role include**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated yet customer focused.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
