- UGL Regional Linx has been awarded the contract to operate and maintain the NSW Country Regional Network (CRN).
- UGL Regional Linx are currently looking for a Plant Fitter to join our Maintenance Team based out of Dubbo, NSW. Plant fitters carry out a number of maintenance and repair activities including diagnosing of faults and the repair and maintenance of major and minor plant and Rail bound vehicles. Plant fitters perform regular servicing of plant as per the Technical Maintenance Plan and OEM guidelines including but not limited to; renewing filters, replacing belts, replacing batteries, renewing fluids, replacing hydraulic cylinders & hoses and replacing worn tines on tampers. This role will be working either a 9-day fortnight or 8 on 6 off pattern and will require you to work across the wider NSW region.

**_ Your role as a Plant Fitter_**
- A major component of the role is responding to breakdowns and performing repairs in the field to ensure the continuation of works and the achievement of production rates, while reducing the stain and impact on the longevity of the Plant.

A Plant fitter may be required to provide supervision and the assistance of contractors’ work during specialised field repairs, major component change out, major servicing or overhauls

**_ Your Experience_**
- Trade Qualified Diesel Fitter
- Hold a current RIW card
- White card
- Class C Driver’s licence essential (HR preferred)
