About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical fitter to join the expanding team.
Your main responsibilities will see you supporting the Engineering and Production team with your technical expertise. This integral role is key in ensuring the reliability of the plant's machinery thus ensuring mínimal plant downtime.

Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Performing breakdown works to support the production team
  • The analysis and rectification of faults
  • Working closely with the general maintenance team, ensuring operational requirement are coordinated
  • Ongoing preventative maintenance and improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and WHS

Skills & experience

  • Mechanical trade certificate
  • Previous experience with heavy machinery (desirable)
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
  • Energetical and willing to work hard in return for an excellent working environment
