A well-known brand and a credible client within the Financial Services sector is seeking an experienced HR Team Coordinator for a 12-month FTC in this newly created role (possibility to extend/made perm).
**Your new role**
HR Coordinator who will contribute to the achievement of the HR strategy by supporting and delivering operational HR solutions.
The role is vital to the coordination and organisation of activities across the team and providing support to the Head of HR and team members.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support and coordination of various HR activities and reporting requirements
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Provide and update HR correspondence, presentations, and reports both of a general and confidential nature
- Coordinate and assist HR & Business Stakeholders when required to deliver HR initiatives
- Manage diary activities for Head of HR
- When supporting HR Projects, ensuring Jira is updated with latest projects and timelines
- Practice and promote consistent standards and procedures, including usage of correct templates and provide support to HR team members when requested
- Advocate for change and process excellence
- Professionally representing the brand internally and externally
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role where your skill set will demonstrate a proactive and confident approach, organisation, attention to detail and lateral thinking
- Exposure to HR Generalist functions is desirable, preferably within professional services or corporate environments
- Demonstrated ability to plan ahead, prioritise and organise workload to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Solutions-oriented and pragmatic with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Personable and team orientated with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High level of integrity with the ability to safeguard private and confidential information.
