We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team and help our clients achieve their software and technology goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and software requirements.
- Analyze client processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present tailored software solutions that align with client objectives and goals.
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the software implementation process.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of software solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities by identifying client needs and proposing additional services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Consultant in the software IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in software tools and platforms relevant to the role.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
