Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding and will see you being responsible for a wide range of both business and personal requirements. You will be supporting the Director and Founder of a well-known, Migration agency with bright and stylish offices in Northbridge, Perth with a friendly, inclusive team and a great work ethic.

The Director’s schedule is busy and varied, with no two days being the same so you will need to be responsive, proactive and able to think on your feet. You will have impeccable time management skills, be discreet and mindful of confidentiality and able to respond quickly to requests and changes in schedule. A good knowledge of computer packages, social media and strong IT problem-solving would be an advantage.

This is an exciting role for someone who has experience in and enjoys private PA roles and building close relationships with the people they are supporting.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Running personal errands
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
- Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system

**Skills and qualifications**
- Strong IT skills - Solid understanding of the basics and some experience in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and people management skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
- Discretion and tact

**Education and Training requirements**
- College-level courses such as a diploma in Business Support or Business Administration
- Completed Bachelor degree
