**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing program and evaluation procedures of products within TAFE NSW. This role will prioritise the planning and development of products, manage projects and collaborate with state-wide discipline groups.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a thorough understanding of compliance, ASQA requirements and training packages. You thrive on achieving multiple project objectives while meeting tight deadlines. You will draw on your extensive project management experience to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a wide geographic area. You are customer focused and solutions orientated with an understanding of industry insights to generate new ideas and drive growth. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential to managing stakeholder expectations and ensure product success.

In addition, you will have:

- Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience - a background in vocational education and industry experience in Electrotechnology Services (or an industry area listed below) is preferred.
- Demonstrated record of success in product development and evaluation in an adult learning environment.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations

**HIGHLY REGARDED**
- Demonstrated strong Project and/or Product Management skills
- Vocational experience in one or more of the following:

- Agribusiness, Retail and Floristry
- Transport and Manufacturing
- Construction and Energy
- Creative and Services
- Digital and Business
- Foundation Skills and Languages
- Health Wellbeing and Care
- Hospitality, Tourism, and Personal Services.
