**The role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, creative and proactive Account Manager / BDM to step into the world of media In this varied and exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining key accounts as well as generating new business within the B2B space, across VIC. You’ll have direct engagement within the Boutique and Independent Agency space, and sell the breadth of media asset offerings across road, rail, retail, airports (covering digital and classic print campaigns - billboards, bus shelters, digital screens etc). You will also:

- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams
- Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process
- Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
- Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts

Based in South Melbourne you’ll join a close knit team of experienced AM/BDMs who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.

**The Experience**:
This role would suit an experienced AM / BDM with media experience, or someone keen to step into a new industry and learn the exciting realm of media You’ll have prior experience working in the B2B market working with direct business owners and operators and also:

- Be a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts
- Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
- Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
