**What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)**:
Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by embracing a high end approach to cafe operations, service, meetings and events. Your passion for quality authentic service will be unforgettable as you welcome members and guests to our lavish cafe and aperitivo bar. With a precise eye for detail, you will take pride in assisting members with their requirements and ensure each moment is speckled with a little luxury.

**_Cafe + Aperitivo Bar:_**
- Working alongside the Hospitality Lead, you’ll help ensure that our Cafe + Aperitivo Bar is luxuriously inviting from open to close.
- You’ll be readily prepared to make high standard coffees and beverages, with fast turn around during peak periods.
- Your proven experience behind the machine will guarantee return business, including creative latte art and perfectly timed extractions.
- Memorably bespoke moments will be a given, as you gain an in-depth understanding of our offerings and be able to inspire our guests with your knowledge of each product.

**_First Class Meetings + Events:_**
- You’ll assist the Hospitality Lead with the upkeep of our stunning meeting and events facilities. This includes ensuring that rooms are appropriately set up, packed down and reset ready for the next booking.
- Gaining an understanding of the requirements of each meeting or event, you’ll be aptly available to assist guests and provide them with only the highest level of customer service.
- You’ll work collaboratively with the cafe team, assisting with event catering and beverages. Checking in with guests regularly, you’ll ensure access to refreshments are readily available.
- You’ve obtained at least 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality / customer service environment. Boutique bar experience highly advantageous.
- Through a minimum of 2 years barista experience, you’ll be confident that your coffees + beverages are consistently enticing.
- You genuinely enjoy building professional relationships and strive to infuse warmth into every interaction. Your interpersonal skills shine bright in every conversation.
- The ability to maintain your poise in a fast-paced environment is a must. You can handle pressure with grace and continue to deliver gold standard service.
- Your polished written and verbal communication skills ensure clarity and effective interactions.
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
