About the role:
You will investigate and resolve customer complaints that have been referred to Ombudsman Schemes in a fair, reasonable and timely manner, and you will identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Complaints will be managed through liaison with customers, the Ombudsman, and other departments within Momentum, and you’ll ensure that responses to the Ombudsman office meet their specific required standards. You’ll advise solutions to customer issues, maintain a complaints database, conduct reporting and analysis, and provide continuous improvement feedback to the broader Momentum business units to help improve business process and customer experience.

About your skills and experience:
You're a great communicator and relationship builder, and you’re passionate about managing relationships with customers and other stakeholders. You’ll need sound investigation and outstanding written communication skills.

You’ll bring experience in delivering superior customer service and in complaint handling within the energy industry

You’ll pride yourself operating in an ethical, personal and respectful manner. You’re also highly organised, positive and optimistic, and you have sound negotiating techniques.
