**About the role**:
As Coordinator - Digital Production, you'll support the successful delivery of optimisation and digital projects through planning, scheduling and coordinating digital resources and activities. The position works alongside and coordinates the Digital Team, IT professionals and external service providers within a PMO framework.

You’ll be in a position to enjoy flexible working arrangements, joining our Marketing & Digital team in our Balcatta Office as well as having the ability to work from home.

**What the role will involve**:

- Plan and coordinate Digital Product Delivery team projects and optimisation initiatives from start to completion
- Support the Marketing & Content Operations team to prioritise projects and initiatives based on business and customer benefits
- Coordinate a team of Developers, Business Analysts, UX & UI Designers and Optimisation Analysts and help to deliver innovative digital experiences for our customers Contribute to and represent digital initiatives in the organisation’s demand and release management activities
- Regularly engage with program assigned Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines are kept in sync and adhered to
- Coordinate backlog grooming sessions with the team to review priorities and update and communicate the team’s roadmap
- Engage, plan and organise suppliers and third parties where needed

**Key skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a digital, IT, project management, producing or resource management related discipline
- Considerable experience in delivering digital projects and / or programs
- Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of digital/web projects and / or programs
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and communicating with stakeholders effectively
- Familiar with the various digital disciplines needed to deliver a project at an enterprise level
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
