Gantry Crane Operator

Tecside are currently seeking multiple positions for **experienced Overhead Gantry Crane Operator **to join a leading manufacturer and in steel reinforcement supplier based in Western Sydney. The role is for an immediate start, Monday to Friday, with shift times **4AM - 1:30PM OR 2PM - 11:30PM**, Paying **$38 -41 per hour**.

**As part of the team you will be responsible for, however not limited to;**
- Operating an overhead gantry crane using a handheld remote control
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Quality and compliance checks
- Removing product from machines to designated accumulation areas or onto vehicles for delivery
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow
- Operational machinery lifting, general manufacturing and labour duties.

**To be successful in this position you must have the following**:

- _Overhead Gantry Crane Experience_
- Previous Precast experience
- _desirable._
- Forklift license (LF) ticket - _desirable_
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit _& be able to pass an Audiometric test_
- Reliable and ability to commit Monday to Friday _with OT potential_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
