Laundy Hotels are seeking a Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team based at our Lane Cove Head Office.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Events as the Reservations Manager at Laundy Hotels you are responsible for but not limited to:
- Creating exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel and dining guests
- Manage communication between guests, clients and venue teams
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of Reservations team members
- Work closely with Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to fully implement initiatives and actively provide input for unexpected booking trends
- Drive continuous improvement in all reservation and event procedures, processes and client engagement
- Be proactive and re-align selling strategies to achieve forecasted goals
- Manage the Reservations roster to ensure the department is manned 7 days a week

- Excellent personal presentation
