**ICT Service Desk Technician - Level 2**:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 ICT Service Desk Technician for a full time, permanent onsite to commence as soon as possible.

Working under the guidance of the Service Desk Manager, the ICT Service Desk Technician (Level 2) will provide the SCEGGS community with effective solutions to ICT service requests, incidents and problems.

Your core values will include punctuality, integrity, respect and a commitment to ongoing learning. You will be expected to continually develop your skillset and will be provided opportunities to do so according to your ability, preference and the needs of the IT Department. Additional responsibilities will be allocated as this occurs.

You will also be committed to the full life of the School and supportive of its Christian ethos.
