**The Client & Role**:
We're currently working closely with a western suburbs based utilities organization that are undertaking a major transformation of their billings and collections platform. They're currently seeking a Change Analyst with experience in the utilities industry or on similar projects. Initially offered as a 12-month contract the role has a strong likelihood of future extensions on this program as well as within the organization.

The Change Analyst's primary focus and responsibility will be supporting the business through transformational change, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and equipped with the relevant tools and skills required to deliver this program successfully while maintaining an exceptional experience for the employees and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scope, develop and deliver change impact assessments, learning needs analysis, readiness (deployment) assessments, and training plans (where appropriate).
- Provide change advice and support to all relevant stakeholders for deployment change readiness.
- Support the Program Change Lead and the Program Lead to execute the change management plan, and manage all change activities required for the success of the Program to agreed timeframes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and respectful approach, including Program Team / Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), BAs, Process Team.
- Coordinate efforts with the Program Team and relevant stakeholders to rollout the change.
- Monitor change progress and identify and manage anticipated resistance to the change across the organisation.
- Identify and report risks, issues and dependencies and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are in place to manage.
- Provide change management status updates and reports to the Billing & Collections Program Lead and / or Program Team.
- Support in the development of communication strategies and delivery to the business through a range of different communication channels such as briefing packs, FAQs, digital platforms, Quick Reference Cards, performance support and training guides.
- Adapt to changes in program priorities and deadlines.
- Manage work with initiative and leadership.
- Reliable and flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
- Support post implementation and review process.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- An experienced change analyst / change manager who has successfully delivered change management activities (people, process, systems) in a transformational context with high degrees of complexity and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage, lead and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to deliver change outcomes.
- Superior listening, written and oral communication skills, and skilled in communicating complex concepts in clear and plain language.
- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a can-do and team-first attitude.
- Proven ability to deliver on agreed objectives - often where multiple priorities exist; stakeholders have varying objectives and limited timeframes exist.
- High degree of planning, organisation, and problem solving.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to consistently produce excellent results in a complex environment.
- Experience developing a range of learning materials such as briefing packs, FAQs, Quick Reference Cards, performance support and training guides.
- Experience developing both face-to-face and pre-recorded tailored instructional material when required.
- Sound internal consulting, collaboration, and facilitation experience.
- Experience developing training material and delivering training (desirable).
- Formal qualification in change management (desirable), combined with relevant work experience.
