**Project overview**:
The BW/4HANA transformation project is focussed on re-imagining reporting from an BW7.3 solution into a modern HANA platform, making the best use of modern data modelling techniques to deliver near real-time, sustainable and performant solutions. Where feasible, we aim to extract tables via SLT, rather than using standard BW extractors and to simplify data models by e.g. combining sensitive and non-sensitive data, summary and detailed data into one model (where practical).

**_ Roles and Responsibilities:_**
- Convert business requirements into workable functional/ technical design and realistic estimates
- Design, build, configure, implement and test quality technical solutions according to business standards
- Work with other team members in a collaborative manner, freely sharing expertise with others
- Responsible for competing tasks on time and to cost and quality specifications
- Identify Project risks and issues, addressed & resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure outcomes meet customer expectations and achieve sign-off for the successful completion of all agreed deliverables

**_ Key BW/4/HANA Consultant Criteria: _**
- Demonstrated 5+ Years of solid SAP BW
- Native HANA development skills plus BW/4HANA or BW on HANA
- Solid ABAP experience
- Proven expertise in HANA architecture/design and data modelling
- 6 months + PowerBI in relation to BW and HANA data
- Experience in LSA++, authorisation roles, performance tuning techniques
- Experience is Analysis for Office
- Knowledge of SAP ECC standard business processes
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use influence and build relationships with internal and external teams
- Ability to work in complex organisational environments with remote teams
- Logical and structured decision making
- Ability to perform under pressure, resolve conflicts and achieve agreement amongst users and stakeholders
- A results-focused approach with an ability to quickly identify blockers and to work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to find solutions
