**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative growth strategies across partnerships, engagement and membership recruitment
Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis and forecasts
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness Australia wide
- Develop, nurture and manage external partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new business development initiatives and project strategies
- Develop winning business proposals and identify new prospective partnership opportunities
- Lead and implement the philanthropy strategy and plan
- Partner and work with CEO on future growth & partnership strategies and opportunities

**Key Criteria**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Experience managing a team to achieve business development outcomes
- Superior stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Proven track record of success in developing and nurturing prospective and existing partnerships
- Proven business development, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and technical ability
- Proactive, collaborative, and creative in approach and work style
- A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong commitment to developing team members.
- Advanced Microsoft & CRM skills
- Ability to travel Australia wide and flexible to work outside of hours when required to attend events
- NFP, Membership Services or Corporate Partnerships experience highly regarded
