**About the Position**
As a **Scholarly teaching Fellow,** you will get involved in various teaching opportunities within the School of Nursing in the Faculty of Health at CDU. Your duties will include:

- Teaching into agreed units/courses, including working with all members of the academic and professional staff.
- Ensuring allocated units are prepared for both internal and external students, including web-based versions of each unit in a timely manner, and monitor the quality of those units.
- Participating in the ongoing evaluation and reaccreditation processes for units and courses as required and oversee the development of unit information documents.
- Assess student work within assigned units, moderate assessment issues, submit grades and participate in assessment meetings.

**About You**
To be successful, you will require:

- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical speciality or education or research
- Relevant experience in the teaching and learning within the healthcare industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the discipline of nursing gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities or similar.
- Ability and willingness to contribute to unit/program resource and development within the context and requirements of a quality education provider.
- Excellent professional teamwork and communication skills, including oral, written, information communication technology (ICT) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and use flexible/online computer-based learning materials to suit the needs of a diverse student body.

**Remuneration**
Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level A. The base salary will be in the range of $72,702 - $109,071 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $85,061 - $127,613 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
