**About You**
You're an energetic Compliance Manager, motivated to contribute to HBF’s Compliance team and use your expertise to partner with the business to deliver positive compliance outcomes Your dedicated to strengthening HBF’s risk maturity and ensuring adherence to regulations all whilst building collaborative ties across business units. You will have strong knowledge of the Australian Private Health Insurance market, or a related APRA or ASIC regulated industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess the impact of new regulatory changes on HBF and ensure timely compliance.
- Support Obligation Owners to manage regulatory obligations, including the design and implementation of compliance controls.
- Manage and improve HBF’s Compliance module within the eGRC system.
- Report upcoming changes and monitor HBF’s compliance progress.
- Drive the review and implementation of an updated Compliance Framework
- Ensure accuracy in regulatory submissions and assist with external audit responses.
- Execute on the Annual Assurance Plan and conduct targeted compliance assurance reviews.
- Assist in managing and responding to regulator engagements and requests.
- Manage mandatory compliance training and design compliance learning initiatives.
- Create and deliver compliance reports to senior management, executive and governance committees, including the HBF Board.
- Excellent stakeholder relationships, particularly with Senior Management and the Executive.

**Essentials**
- A tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g., Law, Commerce) or equivalent.
- Proven compliance, risk, or audit experience, preferably in an APRA or ASIC regulated institution (or similar).
- Experience in successfully managing and implementing regulatory change and implementing compliance controls (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to draft management, executive and board compliance reports.
