**Accounts Administrator: Sydney CBD**

The role represents a progressive position within a growing organisation. With the scope to progress your career, this part time role represents the rare chance to excel in a growing industry with a market leader.

Principally, this role is to collect and process payments in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. It will also require the processing of day to day financial transactions and posting and recording accounts receivable data in a timely and accurate manner. Further Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities in this position include:

- Weekly Invoicing
- Weekly Payroll
- Accounts receivable and payable administration
- Dealing with queries from clients and staff
- Payroll Disputes
- Expense management
- Assisting with timesheet queries and questions.
- Reconciling
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team.
- General ad-hoc accounting duties.

**Key Criteria**
- Essential: At least (5) years' experience in Accounts Administration
- Ideally experienced with XERO.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data processing
- Possesses a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail
