A bit about your role

The Technical and Compliance Specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for supporting and mentoring the Internal work force (IWF) team and Service Delivery Partners (SDP’s) in identifying and resolving technical and process issues impacting service delivery.

The role will be responsible for technical support, audit of nbn field activities, health and safety, developing and maintaining relationships, and drive outcomes in the resolution of complaints and escalations to nbn SDP’s and IWF’s. Lastly, the Technical and Compliance specialist attends daily toolbox meetings with nbn SPD’s and works closely with them to achieve excellence in Field Performance inline with HSE guidelines.

A bit about you

You will be a forward-thinker with the capability to demonstrate a good understanding of processes relating to the service delivery teams, and a demonstrated ability to work in dynamic and changing environments. In this role, you will need the technical expertise to engage in challenging fault resolution and have a proactive approach to the identification and resolution of potential points of failure within a network.

Moreover, you will be a strong communicator and have the proven ability to train, collaborate and mentor individuals. Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills; able to deal with & resolve customer complaints in a proactive and friendly manner.
