**What you’ll do**:

- Onboarding new vendors into SAP by reviewing documents and ensure the vendor meets Ventia requirements.
- Complete deep data analysis and audits of vendor claims and report to team lead.
- Review and update Subcontractor SOR’s for Planned and Reactive Maintenance services.
- Conduct system training for external stakeholders and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders in the Subcontractor portal.

**About You**:

- You must be an Australian citizen.
- A background in accounts payable, procurement or finance will be highly regarded.
- SAP experience & MS Office particularly using MS Power Automate or MS Forms is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
