We are currently looking for **Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individuals** eager to start their careers in grounds maintenance and landscaping.

**Position**: Grounds Maintenance Apprentice
**Type**: Full-time Apprenticeship (1-2 years)
**Qualification**: Fee-free Certificate III in Parks and Gardens

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in maintaining grounds, gardens, and outdoor facilities
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, including lawnmowers and trimmers
- Planting, weeding, pruning, and general upkeep of landscaped areas
- Supporting a team to ensure grounds are safe, clean, and visually appealing
- Learning about pest management, soil care, and sustainable gardening techniques
