An exciting opportunity now exists to join an industry leader within the Records and Information Management field.

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and strategic thinker who thrives on building strong business relationships, to lead our Operational team, working closely with the Operations and Branch Managers to ensure we achieve the company goals and objectives.

**About The Role**

Reporting to the Director of Grace Information Management, this challenging and exciting role will see you responsible for (but not limited to):

- Full management of all operational matters, coordination, and reporting on national operational issues within the Information and Records Management division
- Responsibility for the overall service delivery, presentation and compliance to safety and security on a national basis.
- providing strategic guidance and direction whilst managing a team
- monitor compliance to strict KPIs
- always ensure the highest quality service delivery to our clients at all times
- overall responsibility for vehicles and service equipment, maintaining safety and environmental responsibility for the entire vehicle fleet
- preparation and development of operational budgets in conjunction with Regional General Managers and Financial team
- Conduct monthly meetings with the operational management team to discuss performance, results and developments within the business.
- Responsible for all aspects of the warehousing environments including their future development as well as security and integrity of facilities, equipment and surrounding areas
- Analysis and measurement of labour performance and productivity and assess for business improvement

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Extensive experience in managing organisations with a similar range of functions or similar role
- Proven ability at a similar level of responsibility with a focus on cost effective delivery of services
- High level managerial, interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to be flexible and perform under pressure whilst remaining fully focused on the “bigger picture”
- A strong and detailed understanding of business principles, organisational procedures and management practices
- Understanding and experience in the delivery of productivity principles
- Project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with people at all levels (both internal and external) with confident verbal and written communication
- A passion to provide excellence in customer service and client delivery outcomes
